Pintu Rathod received a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. Following graduation, He worked on different projects. He synthesized and characterized mesoporous silica nanoparticles for drug delivery applications. He continued his research and developed a hydrogel, which sustains the drug release to minimize the side effects. His research interests include nanomedicine, drug delivery, and cancer immunotherapy. Besides research, he enjoys playing volleyball and listening to music. At CEDAR, Pintu will focus on nanoparticle-based innovative cancer immunotherapy treatment. He is enthusiastic to join CEDAR and contribute to its mission.
