Biography
Rachelle Kirsch is a native Oregonian who graduated from Oregon State University and completed her dietetic internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas in 2012. She then continued to work at Baylor University Medical Center as the trauma/surgical ICU dietitian. During this time, she completed her master's degree at Tufts University. She then returned to Oregon in 2019 and now specializes in oncology nutrition, specifically gastrointestinal and surgical oncology populations.
