Biography

Sam Kupp is a Computational Biologist Intern working with Cigdem Ak and Theresa Lusardi to use machine learning approaches to study multi-modal single cell cancer data. He is a current master's student in the Knight Campus Graduate Internship Program Bioinformatics Track at the University of Oregon. He previously earned his B.S. in Physics with a focus on computational physics at The Pennsylvania State University.
