The network has now merged with the Global Initiative for Children's Surgery to form the GICS Network.
Dr. Krishnaswami earned his M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. He completed an internship in general surgery at Allegheny University of the Health Services, also in Philadelphia, and completed his residency in general surgery at the University of California at San Diego Medical Center.
