Simone is the study coordinator for the Maternal Chronic Pain (MCP) Study. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in African-American and African Studies with coursework in biology, psychology, and public health. Simone is an aspiring clinical psychologist with research interests in female-specific pain experiences and pain management, the maternal health experience, and family health and wellness.
