Biography

Dr. Smriti Ohri is a family physician. She enjoys taking care of patients in all stages of life. Her professional interests include chronic disease management, preventive medicine and care for ethnically and socioeconomically diverse populations.

Her areas of interest include resident and medical student education, health systems management, quality improvement and enhancing patient experience, reducing costs, improving population health and improving provider (both clinician and staff) satisfaction. She believes in providing collaborative, patient-centered care with shared decision making while incorporating evidenced-based medicine.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking and traveling with her husband and toddler.
