Biography
Stacey is a 2006 graduate of the OHSU PA program. After graduation she began working in ambulatory internal medicine in Newport on the central Oregon Coast. In 2014 she moved to a FQHC in Lincoln City. She precepted PA students for many years and in July 2020 was excited to join the faculty at OHSU's PA program. As the Director of Clinical Education, she works with sites, preceptors and students to facilitate the clinical phase of training. Her particular academic focus is on mentoring new preceptors to develop into outstanding clinical educators and supporting students as they grow into their skills as new clinicians.
Stacey maintains a part-time practice in general internal medicine in Beaverton, especially appreciating helping patients with behavioral health and geriatric care. She continues to precept students.
In her free time, Stacey loves spending time with friends and family, talking to the plants in her garden, and picking up new hobbies.
