Biography
Dr. Kazmierczak received his Ph.D. from Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH., in 1986. He completed his fellowship in biochemistry at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has been board certified in clinical chemistry since 1989.
When not in the office, Dr. Kazmierczak enjoys woodworking, gardening and spending time with his wife and two children.
