Biography
Tushita joined CEDAR as a Computational Biologist 1, focusing on the analysis of proteomics data. She holds a master's degree in data science from Northeastern University, where she conducted an apprenticeship benchmarking statistical methods for mass spectrometry-based proteomics. Additionally, she possess a bachelor's degree in computer science from India. Her professional experience includes nearly a year as a Data Analyst 2 at New York State, where she developed data pipelines and dashboards to enhance decision-making processes. Prior to her master's, she spent two years as a System Engineer at Infosys, specializing in automation solutions. Tushita is enthusiastic about joining the CEDAR team and look forward to leveraging her expertise to contribute to CEDAR's mission.
