About me

Sara received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in 2005. Sara treats a variety orthopedic issues from headaches to foot injuries, and everything in between. She has extensive training in treating the spine as well as chronic pain conditions including Fibromyalgia and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Sara believes that many people with complex, chronic pain issues benefit from Physical Therapy that focuses on regaining function and helping patients return to doing the activities that bring them joy. She approaches Physical Therapy with a variety of techniques including manual therapy, movement training, and tailored therapeutic exercise.

When Sara is not treating patients she is working on her farm with her two children and husband who is a Veterinarian. In her free time, she enjoys fly fishing, hiking, camping, and traveling.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
