Program Effectiveness
The Radiation Therapy Program at OHSU is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). The JRCERT maintains standards and reviews the program at OHSU for compliance with these standards. It is the only agency recognized by the United States Department of Education for accreditation of radiation therapy programs. The JRCERT awarded the OHSU Radiation Therapy Program 8-year accreditation status in November 2017. The next accreditation renewal is tentatively scheduled for 2025. As a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program students are eligible for board certification through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
