Heart Protection Kitchen: Cooking Your Way to a Healthier Heart
OHSU cardiovascular and Cardiac Rehabilitation patients are invited to join us for a free heart-healthy cooking demonstration led by cardiovascular health experts including physicians, physician assistants, a James Beard-award winning chef, and a registered dietitian nutritionist. The demonstrations highlight fast, affordable, and simple cooking techniques to help you prepare healthy and tasty meals at home. Samples are provided.
Located in the Teaching Kitchen at March Wellness, OHSU Center for Health & Healing Building 1, 2nd floor.

Stress Reduction Class
This class teaches skills to develop greater presence of mind, concentration, deep relaxation, and mental and emotional clarity, all which have proven health benefits for cardiovascular disease.
The second and fourth Thursday each month, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
