OASIS Web Central serves as a pivotal tool across OHSU (Oregon Health & Science University) and offers a wide scope of views and functions tailored to specific access roles. 

Please use the new Archibus Access Request form to: 

• Request new user access 
• Change existing user access 
• Confirm user access 

Access to OASIS depends on the responsibilities of the user requesting access, however, each role offers the baseline Read-Only Space Viewer functions, such as the Space Console and the OASIS Building List.

  • Grants all essential view and export access 
  • General space reports & metrics 
  • Space Console floor plan viewing functions 
  • Building List data 
     
• Department Space Surveyor 
  • Available to those responsible for their departments’ annual space survey 
  • Can review and edit department-assigned space data 
     
• Emergency Contact Admin 
  • Only available to those with specific roles in Facilities/Emergency Management departments 
     
• Surveyor + Emergency Contact Admin 
  • Combines the two roles for dual functionality 
     
• Area Risk Admin 
  • Only available to those in Design & Construction responsible for overseeing dust abatement protocols 
     
• Art Signage Admin 
  • Only available to those in Design & Construction responsible for overseeing art signage & foundation designations

Updated Space Console User Guide

The OASIS Space Console is a robust tool used by many of those with OASIS access to view, customize, and print PDFs of specific floor plans. This new user guide is a comprehensive walkthrough of the basic functionality of the Space Console and goes over many of the most useful features available.
