Thank you for your interest in the OHSU Neuro IR section.  We are a unique interdisciplinary team of providers comprising neurointerventional radiologists, neurosurgeons and neurologists who all work collaboratively under the Dotter Department of Interventional Radiology.  Our team manages complex endovascular diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions for neurovascular disease.  We manage thrombotic and hemorrhagic stroke as part of our distinction as a Comprehensive Stroke Center.  Our providers additionally perform procedures for management of chronic subdural hematoma, head and neck vascular and lymphatic malformations, spinal augmentation procedures, and a growing number of percutaneous neurogenic pain procedures.  Our team provides comprehensive outpatient consultation and longitudinal care.  We participate in numerous clinical trials assessing the latest innovations in neurointerventional radiology.
