The OHSU Image Library stores and manages images and reports for your diagnostic imaging at OHSU and other providers.

You can:

• Request your OHSU images and reports for yourself or your doctor
• Share images and reports from other providers with OHSU
• Ask us to share your OHSU images and reports with another provider

Request OHSU imaging

You or your doctor can request your OHSU images and reports by:

Share non-OHSU imaging

You can upload imaging from another provider to our secure portal.

If the other provider has an electronic link to OHSU, you can ask that provider to send your images to the OHSU Image Library.

If you have a CD or DVD from another provider, you can get it to us by:

Breast imaging: If you had breast imaging done with another provider, you can authorize us to request it so we can compare it to our imaging.

Share OHSU imaging with another provider

If another provider has an electronic link to OHSU, you can ask us to share your images and reports with them. Call us at 503-494-8631, 6:30 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays.

Otherwise, you can ask us to put your images and reports on film or CD for them. Please fill out our film/CD request authorization form.

Imaging and MyChart

If you have imaging done at OHSU, you will typically receive the images and a report in your MyChart account.
