This webinar will cover the basics of prepaid health plan (PHP) supplemental payments, also called Wraparound. These payments represent the difference between the payment received by the RHC from the PHP(s) for treating the CCO enrollee and the payment to which the RHC would be entitled if they had billed the division directly for these encounters according to the clinic’s Medicaid prospective payment system (PPS) encounter rate. We will review the rules for submitting these supplemental payments and the calculations and payments.
