First Training Session – Live Webinar
Oregon RHC Financial Benchmarking and Analysis – Where Do I Stand?
July 10 | 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

One of the most significant challenges in assessing an organization's financial and operational performance is the ability to obtain and analyze comparative data. In this session, Eide Bailly will present a recently developed RHC financial and operational benchmarking report. This report is exclusive, as it includes only data from Oregon freestanding and provider-based RHCs. It covers over 20 financial and operational indicators for Oregon RHCs. This information is reported in the aggregate (25th and 75th percentiles, median, and average) with facility-specific data reported in a deidentified manner for comparison. This report offers individual RHCs a basis for comparing their financial and operational performance against other Oregon RHCs to identify opportunities for improvement. Participating in this training will give you valuable insights and strategies to enhance your RHC's performance.

Second Training Session – LIVE!
Oregon RHC Best Practice Approaches to Financial and Operational Performance

This session will be held live at the Annual Oregon Rural Health Conference
Oct. 2 | 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

This highly interactive session is not just a presentation but is also a collaborative dive into opportunities and strategies to improve financial and operational performance in your RHC. It will include an overview of the recently developed RHC financial benchmarking and analysis report and take a deep dive into best practice strategies you can deploy to improve overall performance in your RHC. Best practice strategies will include input and advice from interviews with Oregon RHCs that were identified as high performers in various financial and operating indicators in the report. Coupled with best practices observed in other states, the session will provide tools and strategies to consider when exploring your own opportunities to improve performance. During the session, we will also ask leaders to share their strategies and encourage all to ask questions about the indicators and proposed strategies.
