Healthy Advocates Club

We invite past and present Linkage Participants to attend to talk about health goals with other self-advocates and peer mentors.

Linkage Project Team will present at the Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) I/DD Case Management Conference.

  • The conference is at the Salem Convention Center in Salem, Oregon on July 24-25, 2024. If you are a Case Management Service Coordinator or Personal Agent, we would love to see you at our session!
