Biography
Dr. Kornegay joined the Department of Emergency Medicine as full-time faculty in July 2014 after completing his medical school, residency and fellowship training all at OHSU. He currently serves one of the Associate Program Directors for the residency program. One of his greatest education passions is the residency program and assisting with recruitment, teaching and career development for residents joining the field of Emergency Medicine. His research focus is Adult Cardiac Arrest and ways to improve outcomes in this critically ill patient population. When not working, he enjoys martial arts, rock climbing, and spending time with his family.
