Biography

Dr. Au specializes in general obstetrics and gynecology and has particular interests in cervical cancer screening and prevention, perinatal trauma, vaginal hysterectomy, patient safety, education, family-centered obstetric care, and breastfeeding medicine. She is an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Mothers Milk Bank. She can’t imagine a more rewarding career and is thrilled to practice at OHSU where she also completed her residency training. 

Dr. Au grew up in San Francisco but has also spent time in the Midwest and on the East Coast. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and exploring Portland with her husband and children. She is a former competitive volleyball player and enjoys cheering for the Portland Timbers and Thorns.
