Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Carly Houk cares about skin care. As a licensed aesthetician certified by the Oregon Board of Cosmetology since 1999, Ms. Houk uses non-surgical techniques to help patients achieve healthy skin in the Casey Aesthetic Facial Surgery Center.

Ms. Houk has extensive training in aesthetic services such as chemical peels, facial waxing, Botox fillers and vascular and pigmented lesion laser removal. She offers a broad range of services that can be customized to meet the individual needs of her clients. Her facials can focus on rosacea, acne, anti-aging or sensitive and reactive skin, as well as normal treatment options.

Ms. Houk loves giving that extra personal touch to her clients to help them feel good in their skin. Born and raised in Portland, she likes to travel, play golf, spend time with her family and paddles in the dragon boat races at Portland's annual Rose Festival.

Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
