In addition, Dr. Plagge is the founder of Bridgetown Counseling and provides psychotherapy in the Portland community.

Dr. Plagge finds pleasure and reward in helping individuals reconnect with their values and engage in activities they find meaningful. She has clinical expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
