About me
Jessica Rykert-Holt is an Occupational Therapist who has specialized in conditions of the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow for 20+ years. She provides personalized evaluations and treatments after fractures, trauma, surgery, tendonitis, nerve injuries, sprains/strains, as well as conditions of arthritis and hypermobility. She enjoys the creative process of fabricating customized thermoplastic orthoses and soft-material splints. She is skilled in numerous manual therapy techniques including soft tissue massage, instrument-assisted massage (Graston), Kinesiotape, myofascial and trigger point release. She has pursued certifications in Health Coaching and Nutritional Therapy and strives to provide holistic health care.
Jessica began her life in Portland, Oregon, as an OHSU baby. She worked for OHSU at the Center for Health and Healing in 2010-2011, before moving to South Korea for 4 years. She returned to the Hand Therapy team in April 2023, as their on-call hand therapist.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys running, hiking, surfing, kite-boarding, yoga, meditation, traveling, and sharing quality time with her friends, family and beloved rescue kitty.

Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
