Biography

Dr. Ellingson joined the Department of Emergency Medicine at OHSU after completing his research training fellowship at OHSU in 2009. His academic focus is simulation-based teaching and since 2008, he is the Medical Director for the OIT/OHSU Paramedic Education program. He has also served on the Oregon College of Emergency Physician (OCEP) Board and helped coordinate the OCEP Annual Winter Conference from 2014 to 2016. Dr. Ellingson is staffed full-time in the emergency department at Columbia Memorial Hospital. In his spare time, he enjoys many outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and three sons.
