Abstract submissions

The deadline to submit an abstract was March 10, 2024.

Poster presentations will be in-person on Monday, May 6, in the BICC. Oral presentations will be throughout the days Monday, May 6, and Tuesday, May 7.

Poster dimensions should be no larger than 36" by 48". We are not able to assist with printing costs this year.

Oral presenters should email their slides to Kate Stout no later than Wednesday, May 1.

All presenters have the option of including their abstract in the OHSU Library Institutional Repository.

Abstracts are limited to 300 words. One abstract is allowed per person. Submissions must have a connection to OHSU via author, mentor, or other avenue.
