Phillip Zhu is a Postdoc from the Reichow Lab and was awarded a T32 postdoc fellowship from the NIH National Eye Institute, Vision Science Training.
The T32 Vision Science Fellowship from Casey Eye Institute will support his technical training in single particle cryogenic electron microscopy as well as his professional development as an early-stage scientist. These funds will support his research into how gap junctions in the eye lens can facilitate the movement of larger macromolecules.
