For the 2024 calendar year, MOC Part IV project documentation must be submitted by September 1, 2024. Please contact us at cme@ohsu.edu for further instructions on the submittal process.

Our program and website are currently under renovation. If you are interested in learning more about obtaining practice improvement credit for any of the boards listed below, please contact us at cme@ohsu.edu. We are here to support your practice and process improvement work and provide board credit for Continuing Certification.
