- Hobbies? Cooking, yoga, traveling, dabbling in but never perfecting various arts and crafts like sewing, macrame and watercolors
- What would you be if you didn’t go into medicine? If I didn’t go into medicine, I would probably be a pilot since I learned to fly small planes in high school. I developed a fear of heights somewhere along the way... so actually, I would own a plant shop.

- What was the best non-medical job you ever had? I never really had an interesting job before medicine. In high school, I volunteered to teach karate to little kids at the YMCA so I didn’t get paid but it was adorable and fun.
- What was the worst non-medical job you ever had? Grocery store cashier

- What do you like to do in your free time? Pretty much all of my free time these days is taken up by single parenting my 4 year old, who is walking a fine line between becoming a future world leader versus a criminal mastermind.
- Hobbies? Writing, eating and drinking, exercising (cross training, weight lifting, dance and kick boxing), knitting (thank you, COVID)
- What would you be if you didn’t go into medicine? A writer/novelist
- What jobs did you work prior to going to medical school? I worked in the music business for several years between college and med school. I have some stories.

- Favorite band or album? How can you pick just one? This question is unfair. Black Sabbath, Alice in Chains, High on Fire, Clutch to name just a few...
