Kidney Disease Program
The OHSU Kidney Disease Program provides comprehensive evaluation and management of all forms of kidney disease. This includes chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, electrolyte and acid-base disturbances, kidney stones, primary and secondary hypertension, and glomerulonephritis. We provide ready access to radiology and pathology services when indicated and utilize both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches. We also provide comprehensive treatment of end-stage renal disease including hemodialysis (in-center and at home), peritoneal dialysis, and renal transplantation.
When needed patients from our main Kidney Disease Program may be seen in one of our specialty clinics as well. This program includes our nephrology fellow continuity clinic, where patients are seen by both a nephrology fellow trainee and an attending supervising physician.
