This is an overview of the workflow available to investigators utilizing services from the Integrated Genomics Laboratory. Investigators can enter the Integrated Genomics Laboratory workflow at any stage. This workflow consists of the following stages: Stage 0, Consultation. Stage 1, Sample input. Stage 2, Extraction. Stage 3, Quality analysis. Stage 4, Sample preparation. Stage 5, Genomic assays. Stage 6, Data preparation and QC.
