Adjusting to life after a heart attack or surgery can be challenging. Cardiac rehab is an important part of your recovery.
Our program includes doctor-supervised exercise, education and counseling that will help you return to your regular activities as soon as possible.
OHSU's cardiac rehab program offers:
- A team of doctors, exercise physiologists and registered dietitians who will help you regain your heart health.
- A doctor-supervised program that is designed to meet your individual needs.
- National certification by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
