Mission
Created by the Labor Management Committee, a partnership between OHSU and AFSCME Local 328, the Career and Workplace Enhancement Center provides employees with the professional development resources they need to succeed, advance, and make a difference in the workplace.

Programs
We offer instructor-led classes every week on a variety of topics ranging from project management to computer basics to interviewing with confidence.
If you are an AFSCME Local 328-represented employee, you may qualify for reimbursement for certain professional development expenses.
All OHSU employees have free access to LinkedIn Learning, an online learning platform with more than 11,000 courses, including the entire Lynda.com library.
Meet one-on-one with a career counselor to design your career path, or work with a certified conflict coach to effectively address an interpersonal challenge at work.
