Brandon earned his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Brandon was deeply involved in sports and that connection to physical activity has been the driving force behind his career choice.
What Brandon loves most about personal training is the opportunity to inspire others to become the best versions of themselves through fitness. He firmly believes that with consistency, a solid plan, and a genuine enjoyment of exercise, anyone can achieve their fitness goals.
Outside the gym, you'll find Brandon diving into self-help books, playing basketball, pushing through his workouts, enjoying nature, and cherishing quality time with friends and family.
