Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Pilates Instructor
Kellie graduated with her bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. She received her personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, and her Pilates certification from Body Arts and Science International. From the San Francisco Bay Area, Kellie has worked with individuals of all ages ranging from 6 to 96 years old.
Kellie was a competitive gymnast from the age of 7 to 16 years old, so she has been an athlete for virtually her entire life. She played soccer and ran track for her high school, and got more into running during college. In 2013 she completed her first half marathon, and then her second in 2014. She also has a passion for trekking, and in January of 2017 she completed a 10-day, 85+ mile through hike in Patagonia.
In order to try new activities, or even just to efficiently perform daily activities, we need to keep our bodies in the best functioning shape possible. Staying active and being strong needs to be a part of one’s lifestyle, but it should also be fun and goal-oriented. Kellie encourages her clients to dream big, and work hard to achieve those goals. Whether that goal is to complete a day of gardening pain-free, or to try out a new aerial acrobatics class, Kellie is passionate about helping her clients realize their full potential, and achieve great things.
