The JEB Collaborative of the Department of Medicine strives to cultivate a Departmental environment where a sense of belonging is integral to our work. We are committed to dismantling systemic barriers in healthcare through education, scholarship, and clinical care to achieve a just, equitable, and inclusive community.

Faculty Development Core Values

JEB Collaborative

Our JEB Collaborative is a dynamic group of faculty, staff, and trainees in the Department of Medicine who come together to engage in this work in the Department. We work collaboratively to set the direction and priorities of our work. Our goals are to integrate this work within existing structures and systems of the department; we prioritize collaboration and co-creation. We have organized our work into workgroups which address our priorities. Details on specific tactics and goals can be found on our internal page.
