OHSU IM Intern Orientation
Welcome to OHSU!
This page contains information to help make your transition to the OHSU Internal Medicine Residency Program as smooth as possible. Please bookmark it since we do not have a direct link to it from our main residency page (it is a "hidden" page). If you require any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Welcome e-mail
By now you should have received a welcome e-mail from us. It contains a note from our Program Director, Dr. Sima Desai, and a welcome from our 2023-24 Chief Residents. Please contact us if you have not received this e-mail.
New intern questionnaire on Qualtrics (required)
You should have received a separate e-mail from Jessica Tilford, containing an individualized link to the new intern questionnaire. The survey will ask for your vacation preferences, clinic preferences, contact information, current career plans, etc. Please contact Dena Dowhaniuk or Jessica Tilford if you did not receive this e-mail. We will resend the individualized link to you. The questionnaire is due by the end of the day Sunday, March 31, 2024.
Dena will send you an e-mail next week to request your bio. Please keep an eye out for this (junk mail folder too), and be sure to respond promptly.
Please note: If you're unable to finish the survey in one sitting, you may return later to complete it. However, you MUST not clear your cache or cookies and you have to use the same browser you initially started filling the survey out on. If you find yourself in a situation where you cannot get back into a survey that you’ve already started please let Jessica Tilford know. Please DO NOT start/complete a second survey.
