OHSU's Sports Medicine team provides specialized testing and management of sports-related concussions with the goal of minimizing long-term effects and safely returning athletes to sports and other activities.

Moving your body increases energy and strength, and can prevent or reverse chronic medical problems. Regular physical activity also benefits mood, aids sleep, and reduces stress.
