The OHSU Mentorship & Career Design (MCD) team will reflect on the process of building a centralized office to address institutional needs, the theoretical approaches we have adopted, and some concrete activities that showcase our relationship-centered approach to personal and career development. MCD follows life design - a proactive approach that invites individuals to follow meaningful career pursuits and curiosities through mentorship and immersive experiences to construct work life wellness.

By the end of this session attendees will be able to reflect on the ways that life-design focused resources, services, and training can be integrated into their existing faculty development offerings.
