Oregon's Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs

One in five Oregon children under age 18 has a special health care need. Children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) are those who experience (or are at risk for) a chronic physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional condition. CYSHCN need more health and related services than most children.
