OHSU Knight BioLibrary
The OHSU Knight BioLibrary is a service organization of human specimen collections supported by dedicated staff whose goals are to establish best practices by which biospecimens and related data are collected, stored and distributed.
The BioLibrary also administers the distribution of biospecimens for the purpose of advancing medical research, and ensures that donor rights and wishes are respected and adhered to using the highest ethical standards.
The primary focus of the BioLibrary is currently oncology collections, with the intention of expanding to other disease areas in the future.
