Thank you for your interest in the OHSU/Portland VA Medical Center Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program. We participate in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Instructions for completing and submitting the ERAS application can be found on the ERAS Fellowship website. Your application must include: 

• A personal statement
• Three recent (dated within last 12 months) letters of recommendation, including one from your Program Director
• Verification of completion of an ACGME accredited residency training program
• Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE) or ECFMG certificate (for foreign medical graduates)

You must also be legally able to work in the United States, or eligible to obtain work authorization. We participate in the National Residency Matching Program and are bound by their regulations and calendar. We will begin reviewing applications in mid-August. Selected applicants will be invited to interview on-site beginning in early September, and interviews will conclude in early-October.
