Will there be a masking policy in place at this event?

OHSU respects all who choose to wear masks, at any time and in any setting. As we have seen over the last few years, the reasons to wear a mask may be very personal. We expect all OHSU members, patients and visitors to be respectful of this choice and each other. OHSU strongly recommends mask-wearing throughout our health system and in large gatherings.

Will there be a live stream of the event?

We will be livestreaming the events, and you will also be able to view them after the event is complete. If you would like to view the livestream or share links to it with friends and family, please scroll to the bottom of this page for relevant links.

Can OHSU recommend accommodation for those visiting to attend these events?

OHSU will share more around booking accommodation as we get closer to the event.

Where can we park for the event?

There is parking on-site at OCC, but it can get full during large events such as this. You can find alternative parking in the local area at this link.
