Ophthalmology Continuing Medical Education

At OHSU Casey Eye Institute, we have been committed to physician education since the very beginning. Our courses offer AMA PRA Category 1TM Credits. These courses are also eligible for continuing education credits for optometrists and nurses.

Our Continuing Medical Education (CME) program includes lectures, conferences and grand rounds courses that are conducted throughout the year that are open to faculty, community ophthalmologists, researchers, residents and fellows. Courses include various topics in ophthalmology, including all subspecialty areas and the latest advances in eye disease and treatments, and feature top experts from Casey, the regional and the nation. Our grand rounds lectures are live-streamed online, which allows physicians to participate remotely.

We hope you will join us at any of our continuing education events. Email Leslie Lesner to be added to the grand rounds announcement list for upcoming events or view the calendar below.

If you have thoughts on how we might better meet the needs of our community, please contact us ! We are grateful for your partnership and input.
